Pilates Instructor

Ashley Kornobis

Ashley has always been passionate about movement and helping others feel strong and confident in their bodies. Before becoming a Pilates instructor, she earned her Master’s degree in Education and worked as a physical education teacher and coach. She discovered Pilates over six years ago and was drawn to its intentional approach to movement, focus on control, and connection between the mind and body. Inspired by the impact Pilates had on her own strength, movement, and overall well-being, Ashley completed a 600-hour Comprehensive Teacher Training Program through Power Pilates and is also trained in pre- and postnatal Pilates.

Ashley brings an encouraging and intentional approach to every session, emphasizing strong fundamentals, mindful movement, and proper form. She strives to create a welcoming and positive environment where clients feel supported while being appropriately challenged. Her goal is to help each client build strength, improve the way they move, and develop confidence that extends beyond the studio.

Genie Quinn

I'm a comprehensively certified Pilates Instructor, Certified Personal Trainer, and Certified Group Fitness Instructor. After retiring from a career in healthcare, I’m excited to continue doing what I truly love—helping others feel stronger, healthier, and more confident through movement and fitness.

As a lifelong fitness enthusiast, I have a genuine passion for helping people achieve their individual goals. I believe fitness should be attainable and welcoming to everyone, regardless of age, ability, or where they are in their journey. My goal is to create classes where everyone feels supported, challenged, and successful.

Having personally experienced health and orthopedic challenges, I understand that getting stronger, recovering from an injury, or simply getting back to feeling like yourself can be a very personal journey. This perspective has made it especially important to me that each person feels a sense of accomplishment and progress, no matter how big or small the milestone.

I want every client to leave my classes feeling inspired, motivated, accomplished, and proud of what they have achieved. My hope is that together, we can make fitness not only something you do, but something that helps you feel good about yourself and your journey toward a healthier, stronger, and more confident life.

Jacqui Young

“ALL BODIES ARE NOT THE SAME”, is my mantra. I started my comprehensive Pilates certification journey in 2020. Although my work/career experience was in corporate and legal administration, I’ve always done some sort of workout, emphasizing the mind, body, spirit connection.

My introduction and first time experience with reformer pilates happened over 35 years ago when dance was my form of exercise. It has always been the one constant I come back to when I become bored with my exercise regimen or working through one of life’s many challenges. So becoming an instructor kind of made sense.

This practice is for all bodies- great for seasoned folks or for body and muscle issues, as I pay attention to each individual body and its nuances.

Pilates Instructor

Stephanie Guzman

Movement and fitness have been a big part of my life since high school. I’ve been weightlifting for over 20 years, but eventually I wanted to find a gentler way to challenge and move my body. That’s what led me to Pilates, and I fell in love with it over six years ago.

Pilates taught me to move with more intention, become more aware of my body, and appreciate the connection between strength, breath, and mobility. One of my favorite Pilates principles comes from Joseph Pilates himself: “You are only as young as your spine is flexible.” I love this because it reminds us that staying strong, mobile, and connected to our bodies is something we can work on at every stage of life.

As a nurse, I have a strong understanding of anatomy, muscles, bones, and how the body works together. I love bringing that knowledge into my teaching while helping clients feel stronger, more connected, and more confident in their movement. I truly believe Pilates is for every body. There is no age, shape, or fitness level that should limit what you can achieve. My goal is to help you meet your body where it is, challenge it, and leave feeling better than when you walked in. Pilates is my passion, and it’s my pleasure to help others discover the strength, joy, and freedom that movement can bring.
