If you need to cancel your class or private session, you need to do so prior to 12 hours before the start of the class. If you cancel a class within 12 hours of the start time, you will incur a $20 fee. If you cancel a private within 10-12 hours of the start time, you will incur a $40 fee. If you cancel a private within 2 hours of the start time, you will incur an $80 fee.

If you do not show up to a scheduled class, you are taking away a spot from another member. The class no-show fee is $30. ​​​​​​If you do no show up for a private or cancel within 2 hours of the private, you will incur an $80 fee.

Please silence phones as it is distracting to other members. If there is an emergency, please step away to use the phone.

It is the responsibility of the accompanying adult to monitor the behavior of the child they bring to class. Children who don't demonstrate an appropriate maturity level will not be permitted to come back. Children must be 12 or older to attend class.

If you are more than 5 minutes late to class, your spot may be given to a standby client.

Treat the waitlist like you are booked for class. You can be added to class up to 1 hour before the start time. If you can't attend class anymore, remove yourself from the waitlist. If you prefer not to wake up early to check your waitlist status, remove yourself from the waitlist before going to sleep.
An hour before the class starts the waitlist locks and no more members will be added.
