01.Late Cancellation
If you need to cancel your class, you need to do so prior to 12 hours before the start of the class. If you cancel within 12 hours of the class start time, you will incur a $20 fee.
02.No-Shows
If you do not show up to a scheduled class, you are taking away a spot from another member. The no-show fee is $30.
03.Phones
Please silence phones as it is distracting to other members. If there is an emergency, please step away to use the phone.
04.Children in Classes
It is the responsibility of the accompanying adult to monitor the behavior of the child they bring to class. Children who don't demonstrate an appropriate maturity level will not be permitted to come back. Children must be 12 or older to attend class.
05.Lateness
If you are more than 5 minutes late to class, your spot may be given to a standby client.
06.Waitlists
Treat the waitlist like you are booked for class. You can be added to class up to 1 hour before the start time. If you can't attend class anymore, remove yourself from the waitlist. If you prefer not to wake up early to check your waitlist status, remove yourself from the waitlist before going to sleep. An hour before the class starts the waitlist locks and no more members will be added.
